Barbell Conditioning is a freestyle barbell workout for anyone looking to increase strength while increasing their cardiovascular fitness as well. BC is designed to help change your body shape with a full body workout that also keeps your heart rate elevated.

Boxing

You’ll definitely walk away from this class stress-free after a great cardiovascular workout using boxing techniques and drills to increase your overall endurance, coordination and stamina.

Fat Burner

This fun class will get your blood pumping! Low impact options for a safe, effective work out for all levels of fitness.

FHIIT

Are you looking to increase your cardiovascular fitness? This class is for you! Using different length intervals mixed with recoveries to keep your heart rate high so we can get the most out of this 45minutes class.

Fitball Pilates

A form of exercise that will sculpt your body in a unique way. Focuses on core strength and stability. Improves posture, breathing techniques, lengthening and stretching tight and injured muscles. A must try for all levels. Fitball Pilates focuses on the same style of movements utilising an inflated fit ball!

Insane

Want to be challenged? Insane is a high intensity body weight class working every muscle in the body to the individuals maximum capacity.

Les Mills Body Pump

The world-famous Body Pump is a full-body barbell inspired workout for anyone looking to build strength, shape and tone while increasing their fitness level.

Mature Movers (50+)

A gentle low impact class designed to unlock your body from pain and help you move with freedom in everyday life.

Mature Strength

Aimed to increase strength around all of your major muscle groups to benefit with everyday life like walking upstairs, picking things up off the ground and much more.

Mature Walkers

Are you after a community feeling or just starting your fitness journey? This class is a 45minute walk around Gosford in a friendly social setting. Take it at your own pace and enjoy a nice walk and talk, or even get your heart rate up with some power walking- all while having some fun and

Met-Con

This class uses functional weights based exercises mixed with your gymnastics, running/rowing movements to get your heart rate to its maximum potential.

Strong

This class will see you working with a structured strength program on the gym floor using barbells, dumbbells, and machines to not only increase strength but improve posture and stability.

Tabata

The high intensity interval training gets your heart rate very high for short periods of time with rest periods between (e.g 20 seconds of WORK and 10 seconds of REST over 4minutes

Balance

A mind and body class that will help you increase flexibility and strength while moving through a series of stretches, poses and breathing exercise, leaving you feeling centred and calm.

Barre

Our Barre Fusion class is a total body workout targeting yoga, upper body, lower body and finishing with some core stretching.

Hot 26

An athletically challenging series of 26 postures key and two breathing exercises which are suitable for most fitness levels based on the Bikram Yoga Format. * Not suitable for pregnancy

Hot Pilates

Using Pilates principles, Hot Pilates is a challenging full body, low impact, high intensity workout. It is performed on a yoga mat in a heated room. Hot Pilates strengthens muscles and burns fat – all without the pounding of a high impact workout. Great for all fitness levels.

Students will be introduced t yoga postures through step-by-step verbal description and demonstration. This class is suitable for not only beginners, but even our advanced students will benefit from this class.

Power Yoga

The room is heated to 32 degrees to aid in detoxing the body, through sweat and increased blood flow.

Slow Flow

Vinyasa Flow

Yin Yoga

A beautiful, quiet practice, Yin Yoga is suitable for all levels of students in a non-heated room.
