Mature Movers (50+)

A gentle low impact class designed to unlock your body from pain and help you move with freedom in everyday life.

Mature Strength

Aimed to increase strength around all of your major muscle groups to benefit with everyday life like walking upstairs, picking things up off the ground and much more.


This class uses functional weights based exercises mixed with your gymnastics, running/rowing movements to get your heart rate to its maximum potential.


This class will see you working with a structured strength program on the gym floor using barbells, dumbbells, and machines to not only increase strength but improve posture and stability.


The high intensity interval training gets your heart rate very high for short periods of time with rest periods between (e.g 20 seconds of WORK and 10 seconds of REST over 4minutes

Yoga Studio


A mind and body class that will help you increase flexibility and strength while moving through a series of stretches, poses and breathing exercise, leaving you feeling centred and calm.


Our Barre Fusion class is a total body workout targeting yoga, upper body, lower body and finishing with some core stretching.

Hot 26

An athletically challenging series of 26 postures key and two breathing exercises which are suitable for most fitness levels based on the Bikram Yoga Format. * Not suitable for pregnancy

Hot Pilates

Using Pilates principles, Hot Pilates is a challenging full body, low impact, high intensity workout. It is performed on a yoga mat in a heated room. Hot Pilates strengthens muscles and burns fat – all without the pounding of a high impact workout. Great for all fitness levels.

Introduction to the fundamental principles of alignment and breath work in the flow of postures linked together by the breath. The room is heated to 32 degrees to aid in detoxing the body, through sweat and increased blood flow.

Yin Yoga

A beautiful, quiet practice, Yin Yoga is suitable for all levels of students in a non-heated room.
