Mark has been working as a personal trainer for about 4 years and he enjoys working with people with the same interests and passion towards health and fitness, as well helping his clients set and achieve goals. Mark says, “The most important thing when working with my clients is helping them to understand that health and fitness is a lifestyle and not just a quick fix situation. Changing their mind set to having a healthier outlook towards life than when they first start with me.” He goes on to say, “when my clients are struggling, I try to remind them of how far they have come and what they have achieved so far. We set out goals at the beginning of their journey and use these goals to stay positive even when there are setbacks along the way.”

So what does Mark like to do in his downtime? “Outside the gym, you would see me in Gosford water front on my jet ski, at the beach or catching up with my mates.” Mark likes the motivation and attitude of the members of Central Coast Leagues Fitness, and the effort they put into both the classes especially those who attend their regular PT sessions. “It always makes me motivated to train even harder.”

Mark has a Cert IV PT and is an approved Fitness Trainer.
