Vinyasa Flow

Perfect if you’re new to the yoga scene! A gentler meditative style of yoga that focuses on breathing and smooth transitions between postures. Burns calories, strengthens bones & muscles as well as assists with mental clarity and awareness. Flow will leave your mind & body feeling relaxed and ready to float out of the studio.
